Cllr Steve Drury
(Three Rivers Councillor)
Steve has been married to Jane for 45 years and together they have two children and a grandchild. He has lived on Kenilworth Drive for more than 35 years and has been part of the Croxley Green community for over 60 years, attending Malvern Way, Little Green and Durrants schools. Steve has served as a local councillor since 1998 and was also a Hertfordshire County Councillor for four terms from 2005. With decades of local experience, he is committed to helping oversee a smooth transition to a new Unitary Authority while ensuring Croxley Green remains a great place to live.

Cllr Paul Rainbow
(Three Rivers Councillor)
Paul lives in Croxley Green where his wife Eli grew up and has a son. Paul works locally as a Quantity Surveyor and also spent 4 years working as a Project Manager for a community based Housing Association in East London. Was elected to the Dickinson ward in 2021 and Durrants ward in 2025. Paul has also been a Parent Govenor at Little Green School since 2024. Prior to becoming a Councillor Paul's interests included Chairing an amateur football club and playing bass guitar.
Cllr Chris Lloyd
(County Councillor for Croxley and Three Rivers Councillor for Durrants)
Chris is a long-serving local councillor and community campaigner who was first elected to Three Rivers District Council in 1991 and has served as a Hertfordshire County Councillor since 2021. A retired IT Project Manager, he has spent decades working on local issues including education, road safety, protecting the Green Belt, improving parks, and campaigning for better accessibility and pedestrian safety. Chris has also played a leading role in community initiatives such as founding Rickmansworth and Leavesden Parkruns, supporting local schools and youth work, and serving as Chair of Governors at Little Green School. He is an active member of Croxley Green Baptist Church, a member of Watford Joggers, and a passionate supporter of local sport. Alongside his public service, Chris is known for his hands-on approach to helping residents with everyday local concerns and community improvements.
